like
in browsing our site you are most
likely to find something you like. Call us, toll free, and we will ship
you one of our exquisite pieces for your inspection. We will take credit
card and shipping information over the phone. Trained operators are
standing by 10am - 5pm pacific time Monday - Friday. Or you can e-mail
your request and someone will respond usually within 24 hours.
If your selection requires you to choose a
center stone proceed to the next step.

Read about how to buy a diamond. This will give you information on what to look
for when browsing our diamond database.
3. Browse or diamond database or contact us direct
If you know what you are looking for you can look through our diamond database
for the specific shape, size and quality you need. Or, you can contact us direct
by phone or e-mail and a diamond expert will get back to you, by phone or
e-mail, within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). He will then determine your needs and
make suggestions to guide you through your diamond selection.
4. Select a
diamond
Either on your own or with the help of one of our diamond experts select a
diamond size and quality. We will then give you some options to choose
from. By speaking with one of our diamond experts they can help you
make your choice. Each of our experts has the experience to help you make
the right choice and create a ring you will be happy with.
5. Send the piece to you RISK FREE!
By securing credit card information we will send you the diamond RISK FREE! If
for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will refund your money less
shipping cost (usually between $20-$50 for overnight delivery).
6. Your inspection
You will have 10 days to inspect the piece at your leisure. If for any reason
you are not 100% satisfied you will be given a full refund less shipping charges
(usually between $20-$50).
7. Return Policy
You have 10 days to inspect your piece. If you wish to return it you must call
us as soon as possible. You will receive a return confirmation number that must
be written on the returned package. We will then instruct you as to how to
send back the package insured so you are risk free. Any returned package
must be post marked within 10 days after receipt. Postal records will determine
this. All merchandise must returned in the same condition as received.
For jewelry: you must not remove the tag marked DO NOT REMOVE.
Any merchandise returned with this tag removed will be charged a restocking
fee.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage while in your possession. Once received, in original condition, you will be given a full credit less shipping expense.

We take security seriously. We work with your bank to make sure
your credit card information matches and is kept confidential. Our
processing procedure is the safest in the industry. We don't want your
credit card numbers being used by others and make this our primary
concern. You can be assured our procedures are thorough not only to
